1949-2023

Marline Randall, a resident of Las Vegas since 1996, passed away at her home on March 4, 2023, after a surprising recurrence of aggressive cancer. She worked with CCSD at Rancho High School before retiring in 2016. She was born in Long Beach, California, in 1949, to Zane Eugene Heitsche and Lola Fay (Bates) Heitsche.

She leaves behind her husband of 44 years, Gary Randall, and her ‘babysis,’ Norine Edwards. Nieces: Christina Newton, Trina (Heitsche) Huntley, Susan Newton and Shehyrah Heitsche. Nephews: Zane Heitsche, III, Jack Newton, Ahron Heitsche and Zacharia Heitsche. Cousins: June Humphreys, Hank Tipps and Paul Tipps.

She is predeceased by her brothers, Zane Heitsche, Jr., and Rubert Lee Heitsche, her twin sister, Maurine Newton, and her cousin, Johnny Morgan.

Marline was a true joy to be around and was dearly loved by all who knew her. She will be greatly missed and will live forever in our hearts. A graveside memorial service will be held at Eubanks Haven of Memories in Canton, on Sept. 16 at 11 a.m.
